Skate Rentals Available At The Granite Credit Union Adventure Hub - Skate Admission $7 Skate Rentals $5.
Skate rentals available with a wide range of sizes. O bring your own skates.
Learn more about session times online. Arrival prior to your booked time is advised and booking before you go will allow for a faster check in.
Skate Mates available during the day first come first served in the event the session is full there may not be room for the mates and the staff will limit use.
Admission, rentals and season passes are available online for folks who want to plan ahead.
Skating and Weather for Ice Skating rain and snow conditions do not close the loop. The loop may need to close during unsafe conditions example high winds.
Updates on closures are shared on stories whenever possible.

Wonders of Winter features local, Utah-based fine artists who work in a variety of mediums, including painting and photography. Explore emerging artisans and new works from renowned professionals as the community gathers to celebrate visual art.

1/24 Adventure Challenge Kick-Off Event with Every Kid Outdoors (EKO) 2 PM-5 PM Kick off the year with free ice skating, prizes, hot cocoa, and a Skate Loop Ice Troupe performance. Kids can also earn their first Adventure Challenge sticker for the year. The EKO initiative encourages youth to spend more time outdoors engaging in activities that benefit physical health.
1/24 Art Market Wonders of Winter Artist Reception 6:00-8:00 PM Meet participating artists and browse their work produced in a variety of mediums. Light snacks. A string quartet will accompany the evening.

1/27 Adults Skate Too! 7:00 PM-7:30 PM Ice skating is for everyone, regardless of age. See fabulous 21+ skaters entertain and showcase their unique skills and tricks. The skaters and audience alike will enjoy these thrilling performances. Remember…if you’ve always dreamed of gliding across the ice, it's never too late to start learning.
1/ 31 Lunar New Year Celebration 6:00–8:00 PM Millcreek Common Plaza Celebrate the Year of the Snake at Millcreek Common—dancing, games, and traditions for luck in the new year. Remember to wear red!
2-1 National Get Up Day Performance 4:00pm Skate Loop, Public Market and the Grandview. Celebrate the spirit of getting back up after falling down at Millcreek Common! Founded by US Figure Skating GET UP DAY is based on the first lesson taught in skating-how to fall down and get back up.

2/8 Interfaith Harmony Event 6:00pm Public Market Celebrate harmony and community with musical performances by talented faith group from denominations throughout Millcreek.

Adventure Challenge Kickoff Celebration

Utah’s Every Kid Outdoors Adventure Challenge Kickoff Celebration is on January 24, at Millcreek Common from 2:00pm - 5:00 pm. The event features free ice skating and skate rentals, an Ice Troupe skating performance, a scavenger hunt, prizes, and complimentary hot cocoa.
Over 20 nature and outdoor based organizations are participating as vendors to foster learning opportunities through engaging games.
